*If you're attending from out of town, A‑dec will book your hotel room for up to two nights. Please submit the required travel information in the confirmation email no later than 30 days before the event, or work with our team on your travel details to complete your registration.

**Flying in for the event? Please note some tips for each airport:

Nashville (BNA):  You’ll want to arrive a day early, on Thursday, June 12. Lyft, Uber and other transportation options are available at Nashville International Airport. The trip from the airport to the hotel takes about 30 minutes.

Portland (PDX):  You’ll want to arrive a day early, on Thursday, July 24. It’s best to come through Portland International Airport. Lyft, Uber and other transportation options are available at PDX. The trip from the airport to the hotel takes about one hour.
